Saint Andrews Baptist Church is one of the groups who participates in leading this time of worship.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Canadian Baptist Ministries &#8211; Serving in Africa &#8211; Andre Sibomana<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) is a global mission organization committed to sharing God\u2019s love through word and deed. St. Andrews Baptist church is one of many smaller churches in partnership with CBM through prayer and financial support to help bring hope, healing and reconciliation to a broken world.<\/p>\n<p>Through CBM St Andrews Baptist Church mission outreach is helping to support Andre Sibomana in Kigali, Rwanda.\u00a0 In 2019, our missionary partners, Aaron and Erica Kenny and family returned to Atlantic Canada from their 12-year assignment in Africa.\u00a0 They worked as CBM\u2019s African Team Leaders. Andre took over this work upon their return to Canada, becoming our new missionary partner.<\/p>\n<p>Andre supports, coaches, encourages and helps empower CBM field staff (missionaries) and our African church partners and programs in mainly Rwanda, S. Sudan, DR of Congo and Kenya.\u00a0 Some of the CBM programs include women\u2019s literacy courses, food security programs in conjunction with Cdn. Food Banks, teaching farming skills, helping people living with HIV\/AIDS, providing for orphans and other vulnerable children, and peace initiative training.<\/p>\n<p>Andre asks for our prayers for God\u2019s blessings on these programs, also for wisdom, heath and strength, safety in travel, and God\u2019s protection of his family: Marie Therese and his four daughters and one son.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbmin.org\/andre-sibomanas\">https:\/\/www.cbmin.org\/andre-sibomanas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Green Hill Lake Camp: Motto &#8220;Where Christ is Made Known&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>St. Andrews Baptist Church, as part of the Southwestern Association of Baptist Churches has a part in assisting Green Hill Lake Camp which is 35 km northwest of Fredericton on beautiful Green Hill Lake.
